        Nuestra historia

Once you have placed an order, if we are unable to ship any part of it, we will contact the ordering party to discuss the matter. 3.2 Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to regulations set by our regulator (The General Pharmaceutical Council), we are unable to accept returned medicine unless faulty or incurred an error. For any questions or concerns on the matter, please feel free to contact Customer Service at (+44) 203 630 1244 or info@aposave.com.

        Nossa historia

        A compania

At Aposave, our primary focus is on newly-registered specialty medicines & orphan drugs.

If your required medicine currently is not available or licensed in your region, we source
it from our global supplier network and liaise with your country’s regulatory agency to allow personalized access delivered straight to the doorstep of your healthcare professional.

        Clinical trials and R&D

        Efficient and ethical supply chain
All medicines delivered by Aposave are received and distributed under the most stringent quality conditions. Our extensive network of licensed manufacturers and first-line wholesalers assures authenticity & traceability. We offer temperature-controlled storage and delivery to ensure medicines arrive in optimal condition.

        PHARMACEUTICAL & BIOTECH COMPANIES

We specialise in handling the local interests of manufacturers in many global markets. This includes the procurement of comparator medicines as well as the late-stage commercial development of new medicines.

        Clinical trials
We provide comparator medicines for clinical trials and R&D purposes that fulfil all criteria stipulated by our clients. Whether there are specific requirements for a batch/lot, expiry date, country of origin, volume, documentation, etc., our global supply network ensures that we can meet a wide range of expectations.

        Named Patient Programmes (NPP)
As a result of our global presence, we have dedicated offices and warehouses in a number of territories. We are able to leverage this to help originators with attaining market share prior to their medicine’s commercial registration in that given market. After the NPP phase, it is only natural that we provide distribution services for these medicines once they become locally registered. We have extensive experience distributing medicines in many territories while maintaining strict GDP compliance.

        PATIENTS

If certain medicine(s) are not locally available, we provide access to patients worldwide through compassionate use and named patient programmes.

        Ethical supply of branded medicine
Every day, we supply patients around the world with newly-registered medicines from EU and USA. Our 250+ active QA-approved suppliers enable the broadest access in the most expedient manner. All medicines are sourced from reputable partners who meet the highest quality standards.

        Non-registered medicines should be affordable
Our business is access. We will show you exactly what your medication costs without hidden fees. Aposave’s extensive network allows us to offer the most competitive prices for original, branded medicines. Our in-house regulatory experts can additionally help reduce the cost of the import documentation process.

What kind of products does Aposave provide?

Although our focus is on newly-registered medicines and orphan drugs, Aposave has access to well over 13.000 prescription medicines.

Where are your products sourced from?

Our medicines are sourced from licensed suppliers located around the European Union and North America.

Can I import a medicine that is already approved/licensed in my country?

Every country has different regulatory guidelines. Please send a mail to info@aposave.com if you’d like to learn more about your country’s regulatory allowances for licensed products.

        Shipping/Transport

What transport/shipping providers does Aposave use?

Our primary transportation provider is DHL Express.

How long does it take to receive my order from the time of purchase?

Prior to payment for your order, an Aposave representative will present the leadtime requirement for your medicines.

How can I track my order?

For items shipped with DHL Express, a tracking number will be provided on your invoice. You will be able to track your shipment here.

How much are the shipping charges for my order?

Depending on factors such as temperature requirement, volumetric weight and destination, the shipping cost can vary. The shipping charges are provided to the client prior to the order approval – it is up to the client to either accept Aposave’s shipping arrangements or to arrange their own transport provider to make a collection at one of our global warehouses.

        Documentation

What licensing does Aposave have to handle medicines?

In the UK and EU, we maintain a WDL from the MHRA with a GDP certificate. In Hong Kong, we maintain a WDL from the DoH with a GDP certificate.

How many certificates can Aposave provide for each product?

It varies on a product-by-product basis.

What kind of documentation do I need to import a medicine as a healthcare professional?

That is dependent on your territory and its regulatory requirements. Please contact an Aposave representative directly at info@aposave.com to learn about your country’s documentation requirements.

What kind of documentation do I need to import a medicine as a patient?

That is dependent on your territory and its regulatory requirements. Please contact an Aposave representative directly at info@aposave.com to learn about your country’s documentation requirements.

Do I need a prescription from my doctor?

If the medicines are being sent directly to you as a patient, the short answer is “yes.” If it is your doctor who is ordering the medicines on your behalf under a Named Patient Programme, we will not need a prescription in order to be fulfilling their order.

        Our history

        The company

Aposave Limited was born in 2013 with the vision of providing affordable access to critical medicines. Our focus is on specialty medicines and orphan drugs that are manufactured for various conditions. Conditions such as (but not limited to): Cancer, Crohn’s Disease, Diabetes, Hepatitis C, HIV, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease and Psoriasis.

Originally, Aposave traded solely as an online NHS pharmacy and a trusted provider of specialty medicines for private prescriptions in the United Kingdom. The company decided to focus on a targeted group of patients interested in bypassing the NHS and obtaining fast access to newly-registered medicines.

        When we started

The company’s founding location in London serves as our global headquarters – a GPhC licensed pharmacy in the center of London. From the very moment that we began trading, we noticed that the majority of our patients were located outside of the United Kingdom and European Union.

A major factor for this statistic is that European countries have the bargaining power to sit down with the manufacturers to negotiate drug pricing. This contributes to creating significant cost savings on European medicines compared to many other countries (e.g. United States).

        We keep on growing

In 2015, we obtained an MHRA wholesale dealer’s license (WDL). Our GDP compliant warehouse is positioned strategically alongside Heathrow Airport. We have been servicing both public & private entities with European medicines ever since.

In 2016, Aposave Asia Limited was born in Hong Kong – our first international subsidiary. Aposave Asia serves as the sales hub for our Asian operations. As such, we are now present with a sales office located in the Central district of Hong Kong and a WDL from the Hong Kong Department of Health. We maintain both ambient and cold chain warehouses in multiple locations.

In December 2017, Aposave was acquired by Abacus Medicine and began functioning as the export division of the company. Abacus Medicine A/S was founded in 2004 and is a distributor of branded, specialty medicines. Abacus Medicine has become one of Europe’s fastest-growing distributors of specialty medicine and holds over 2500 marketing authorizations in the European Union. Being a part of the Abacus Medicine group of companies allows us to have one of the strongest supply networks in the world, containing more than 260 active QA-approved EU and US suppliers. How can we help you?

        Non-registered medicine

We utilise a strong licensed supplier network and leverage our purchasing power to ensure the best pricing for our clients & customers.

        Clinical trials and R&D

A big advantage of a global supplier network is that we have great possibilities to procure batches of comparator medicines for clinical trials and R&D.

        Drug shortage relief

We source ethical and compliant medicines on a global scale, helping public and private sector agencies in providing access to critical medicines.
